Our Executive Director, Nick Honerkamp, pastored for 23 years. He then went to work for a very large Christian nonprofit as their Church Development Director. His responsibilities included visiting a different church every week (where he preached, shared 5- minute ministry updates or encouraged the church with best practices). He visited more than 100 churches (20 denominations) over a two-year period. He recruited volunteers and raised financial support for the ministry from each of these churches. He also made friends with active pastors from these denominations and today they serve alongside of him when he is consulting with a church that matches their background and experience.
